Memorial Day Weekend Recap
I can’t write this Memorial Day weekend recap without thanking the very reason we have it! To the ones who gave their very lives for our freedom and to the families they left behind, there will never be enough thanks. I think now, more than ever, I’m so grateful for brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice to stand up and defend our country!
I’ll be honest, I was skeptical going into this weekend. Memorial Day back in Charlotte meant tons of fun with our friends, boating, late nights on neighbors decks, pool meetups and overall an amazing kickoff to Summer. I wasn’t sure how being in Michigan would stand up to that, but it sure...
