Open Bloom Top --2 Ways--
Lace & Peter pan collars.....how can you resist this pretty top?
And so yes, it came home with me during the 20% Anthro Perk last week.
Here it is worn two ways.
1: Simply tucked in a skirt

2: Layered under a dress.
I love the lace collars so much that I layered it under a dress to accentuate the collar.
