Delusion of Innocence
So cold. So SO cold.
Then you start the car, and boom. The next day you have a bill that’s 1K+ for repairs.
Then, well then more things come.
So I look at my kid and long for that innocence. But at the same time I question whether that is a real innocence or just a difference of perspective. Because to her, all her bad things are just as serious.
Maybe there really is no state of innocence only a longing for nostalgia that’s not real.
