Gilded Donut
Not much to talk about the outfit, which is just an attempt to style my sweater vests in a different way – I’ve worn them with blazers a lot, but the professorial look can get repetitive after a while, so tucking them into skirts is just the natural next step. No, what I want to talk about is this brooch. I don’t know what it’s supposed to be, but doesn’t it look exactly like one of those galaxy-glazed donuts? Between this and my pizza slice brooch , it seems I’m building up quite a collection of unintentional food-shaped brooches.
