Holidays and Comets
The Holidays are over. Yeah, we have New Years coming up, but the Merry Merry is done. The sales are done. And now it’s back to the anticlimax that is our lives.
Sorry to sound bleak, I’m not trying to be. But there’s no denying reality and frankly, I find that somewhat comforting.
I watched “Don’t Look Up” last night and really loved it. It’s bleak, and really mirrors our willful denial of reality right back at us. The comet is coming, climate change is coming but like morons, we refuse to listen to the scientist as our ignorance destroys us.
