Too often people use the idea of being open, vulnerable, and ‘raw’ as an excuse for selfish behavior.
Your emotional state does not excuse your hurtful behavior towards others. It’s a reason, not an excuse. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions rather than excuse them because you were being ’emotional.’
