The Misty Morning: Shewin Collaboration
I find that the first thing I do in the morning sets the tone for the rest of my day. If I plop down in front of a screen, that's pretty much where I'll be for the day. If, on the other hand, I do something productive, I'll likely be productive all day. And better still, if I do something active first thing in the morning, I'll have the energy to do everything I want to do with my day. If I start my day with a little walk like this to my favorite quiet little field, I find that I will have a better day than if I start it any other way.
