Style Imitating Art - decoupage flowers
This week, our Style Imitating Art inspirations are the many flower collages and decoupages of 18th century Mary Delany. In her 70's, she started making paper cut outs of flowers and they are exquisite! Here are two examples I picked out: I decided to take inspiration from these in my outfit, worn on Saturday, for my day out with my family to the brewery. I decided to combine the colours and flowers for my look rather than an exact recreation.
