Haslam 1929 Yellow Floral Slip
I’m back today with one of my favorite summer makes, this 1929 Haslam drafted slip from Book of Draftings #6 in a sweet yellow floral print. I couldn’t resist this lemon yellow japanese cotton print and bought up 3 yds from Blackbird way back in March. I also used this fabric for my vintage McCall’s 6634 Blouse . It’s really not the best color on me but I just adore this print. It is working a bit better now that my hair is back to my natural brunette.
This was meant to be a wearable muslin but it turned out so cute and comfy that I’ve been wearing it pretty frequently. I need to make a batch of these dresses for next...
