3 WORK-OUT REGIMENS HELPING ME STAY FIT AT 47
I get a ton of questions from you guys about my fitness regimen so I thought I would dedicate today’s entire post to fitness! I’m a firm believer in exercise not only because it makes you look better but more importantly it makes you FEEL better! I workout religiously 6 days a week and trust me when I say I do it more because of how it makes me FEEL versus how it makes me look.
