Getting There (WFH)
I'm finally down into the 61kg bracket after tipping the scales at 68 something earlier this year. It's been a slow road as frankly, I'm rubbish at exercising (and I do enjoy a weekend glass of Prosecco). I love to run but everything else bores me - and I don't want to sacrifice a run to do a strength workout when I'm struggling to find the time to fit something in around work, the kids, keeping my house from being a disaster zone and so on.
