Openness?

to what extent do you expose yourself to others? Not physically, emotionally – it’s okay, I went there too. If you’re too open, and not wise to the world, you’ll get easily hurt by giving your heart to those not worthy. But the inverse is true as well: being too guarded means you’ll pass by great opportunities. So how does one know the appropriate level of openness versus guarding?
