Let me let you in on a little scoop: Walmart really does have some fashion finds from time to time. Like high quality stuff here kids. There is one particular line that I have never been disappointed by and that is Scoop Clothing Line ! This Green Baby Doll Dress is so darn precious! I’ve seen several high-end dresses like this one and you cannot beat the price here plus I think the Kelly Green color of this one is way prettier than some of the others I’ve seen. I happened to have lace up Kelly green sandals to match but any neutral will do because this beautiful Kelly green speaks Spring all on its own! ...
