Just Eat the Ice Cream
A year of essentially being at home 24/7 has taught me that I need to surround myself with food that I like but that is also nutritious. Oreos and goldfish? Forget about it, they will unlikely last 24 hours. A whole head of celery? Yeah, that will be in the fridge for ages. So I need to find a happy middle ground. I have learned that with tempting treats if they are in the freezer, that makes them a night-time or after dinner treat. Enter, healthy ice cream.
