my addiction & a 5 dollar dress
Hello friends!! How was your weekend?
I had a lovely weekend. I took 3 hours of back to back dance fitness classes
(Zumba, Bollywood Jam and Danceation) at my gym.
They were having special programs this weekend, and I'm obsessed with dance fitness classes.
Did I ever mention to you that I'm a gym junkie?
Before kids I used to go to the gym literally everyday....kickboxing, pilates, yoga.
I just really enjoy the class atmosphere and being active.
After kids it was hard to find time to go to they gym which was 15 miles away from my house.
I would put the kids in a jogger and run, or just go running on my own when ever time permitted.
