Meditating in Stress Awareness Month
April is off to a great start, both mentally and figuratively and I am still on cloud-9 from how wonderful last week was . Without being reminded I could have told you last month, March, was Women’s History Month but you gave me 100 guesses as to what the month of April was I would have never got it right. On April 1st I received an email – and not a April Fool’s note – from Headspace about Stress Awareness Month.
While Headspace particularly focuses in meditation they suggest it is one of the best ways to decrease stress and I would have to agree. I do not use that app but it reminded me that my Peloton subscription involves...
