If it’s not a cat theme, it’s often a musical theme. That “top” was actually a Jane Marple wool dress I bought used on Y!Japan auctions about 7 years ago, but when it arrived, the skirt was FULL of holes. The listing didn’t precise the “defects” it had. Back then, I had resolved I would unpick the top and skirt parts and keep the top only. I procrastinated that task for 7 years and finally decided to do it on that morning of March. Tbh I like the raw edge, so I might leave it like that…
