Beer and Brine
This St. Patrick’s Day, I hit upon the best way to cook corned beef! Stick it in the slow cooker, smear brown sugar on the fat, pour in Guinness to the bottom of the fat line, and cook on low all day. Beer and brine is a winner every time.
