Francesa's skirt, Gap top, Polish Boutique bag c/o, Target sandals After working from home for two years, I forgot how casual our office is. People wear whatever they please, from sweatpants to Snuggies (and of course there's the goofy guy who owns nothing but Hawaiian shirts). My boss is incredibly laid-back and prefers us to be comfortable... I've actually witnessed him cut the tie off of someone wearing a suit to an interview. Don't worry, he got the job and the tie was hideous anyway. I try to stick with a happy medium.
