Do you need a Relationship Agreement to Have a Happy Marriage?
Written and unwritten relationship agreements govern all our relationships, both with ourselves and others. As I write this, I am reminded of the character Sheldon Cooper from the Big Bang Theory, who created a range of written relationship agreements with his friends, co-workers, even his girlfriend, Amy Farrah Fowler.
We laughed at Sheldon’s strict legalistic adherence to the relationship agreements he made. On discovering an infraction, he would often pull out the agreement and site the page and paragraph lest anyone question its veracity.
