Navy Blue
I know Navy Blue ebbs and flows in popularity, but I think it's a classic staple. I especially love a navy and white stripe to give me a nautical feeling, but I digress. This dress was among my recent Old Navy summer dress shopping spree purchases. I say "spree" because I bought 5 dresses! Wanna know what I spent? $7.21. Total. For 5 dresses. Ok, so here's how I do it: I have an Old Navy Visa that I use for almost all purchases. I never carry a balance (pay it off each month), but this means I get tons of ON reward dollars.
