Styling a Blazer for the Weekend
For years I resisted the standard office staple - the blazer. It felt too stuffy and formal, even among the trousers or slightly professional dress I would wear occasionally. After years of dreading the idea of buying one, I finally realized it could be a good wardrobe staple. So, I finally invested in my first blazer two or three years ago, this plaid one , and since then I've been hooked on the blazer trend. It truly is such a versatile piece. I bought this wool green blazer last fall during a Madewell sale and I've loved pairing it with different pieces - dresses, skirts, jeans - it goes with everything!
