Good Morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was boring as “you know what.” I literally did nothing except for one thing on Sunday morning (which should have been church!). The entire weekend was rainy, cold, and weirdly foggy at times. It was just blah! I was invited by a good friend to attend a meditation class on Sunday morning. I’ve done several meditation classes but never one like this. The class I did was called Gateless Writing Meditation .
