Sparkle and fade
I bought this sequinned coat at the tail end of the Zara sale last January. It’s unlined and quite lightweight so it was too cold then to wear it. As the weather got warmer and we moved into lighter colours, it seemed wrong for spring. I’d half forgotten about it until a clearout unearthed it a couple of weeks back. I really like its sparkle and am planning on wearing it as much as possible before winter sets in.
I’m feeling a bit under the weather with a cold starting to hit. Sequins, bright lippie and red wine have got me through the weekend but I’m planning on giving in to it this evening – it’s the sofa, a cosy handmade quilt...
