Last week it was sweater vests , this week it’s the shacket. What’s a shacket, you say? It’s used to describe a shirt-style, lightweight jacket, typically in a plaid print. Shirt + jacket = shacket. That’s some style math for you.
I took this trend for a spin in the new issue of Kansas City Homes & Style . This cute camel and cream plaid shacket provided a great starting point . I love the boxy cut, which looked quite cool worn over a fitted gray bodysuit.
