Poses with Coyotes
Coyote encounters still make me nervous. A large, healthy specimen loped by as I was setting up my tripod. Thankfully, Jasper obeyed when I told him to “leave it.” But I was very surprised to next see a big, black lab happily following the coyote. I never did see a person or hear signs of a coyote-dog fight. It left me wondering what the story was.
