100 Mile Week (WFH)
Making an effort went out the window this week as Joe is taking part in the Centurion Running virtual 100 mile week again - he's just over halfway through day 4 and has completed 84 miles so far. I've run 34 miles in support this week between working and the kids school runs, mealtimes etc (he has the week booked off so he can go out and do his laps as and when). I've spent the rest of the time in lounge pants and hoodies or running gear but this afternoon I got myself showered and properly dressed as my running for today is done.
