The Purpose of Petticoats
What is it about these pastels that just says seaside town? I'm not exactly sure, but I love it all the same and this Candice Seaside dress from Collectif drew me in. I wish I'd been able to take some photos by the ocean. Oh, well, maybe next year. Today's post isn't really about the seaside. Actually I wanted to take a moment to talk about petticoats.
