Add Some Color With A Periwinkle Sweater
Who wouldn’t like a periwinkle sweater? There is something about this color that most everyone finds appealing. Maybe because it’s a color produced naturally in Nature?
The color word periwinkle comes from the plant periwinkle, a trailing evergreen plant with starry blue flowers that grows along the ground. But did you also know that it is the name of a small sea snail in the Atlantic Ocean that is edible? Ah-ha! There’s a new one for you!! Lol! For me, too.
Here is a Pinterest page with sensory images of all things periwinkle. Beautiful!
In any case, it’s such a pretty color that seems to flatter almost any complexion.
