A Rainy Day at the Cottage
It was supposed to be a rainy day. A day of thunderstorms. And indeed it did rain.
It rained most of the day, so we only popped out for one little shop visit and a coffee. But then the late afternoon cleared, and led to a long and glorious walk followed by a quick and cold dip before an evening spent inside reading late into the night. There’s something wonderful about a slow day like that.
