Volokolamsk trip
Remember I told you about small trip? After we ran on Sunday (my post before shared my experience and outfit) we took time to visit bigger location, town of Volokolamsk just 6 km from the start area. The town is pretty old and it has kremlin. Sounds like a must visit if you pass by! It was first mentioned as Volok Lamsky in 1135 and it was exactly what it was called: a land transfer way for boats from one river to the others. The biggest is called Lama. As simple as that.
