Things I have learned during lockdown to stay positive With 4 months spent mostly at home, I felt it was time for a lifestyle post update. It's been a while since I wrote my thoughts on things. This post is about the things I have learned during lockdown, with a more positive outlook on things. I have practiced Mindfulness now for over a year, which has really benefited me a lot this year. In this blog post, I talk through the things I have been doing at home to stay positive. It's so important to take time out for your mental health and self-care.
