Spinning at Home
Hello and welcome to a new week! If you have followed my Instagram you will have seen that over the last three months I have done more spinning than ever before in my life. I am oh so thankful that at the start of lockdown we got a spin bike for our flat but the way we went about it was a bit odd, but I will share that in a minute. I have always liked spinning but riding 5x a week has now been a welcome release and I wanted to share a bit more of my time spinning at home.
Last month I found out I will be working from home through end of the year and pretty soon this spin bike is going to be gone so planning ahead, our Peloton is arriving in a few days,...
