An Evening Stroll on the Beach

I vividly remember our many trips to the beach around this time last year, when I was in the third trimester of my pregnancy with Clementine. Nothing felt better than being in the ocean or walking along its edge, the salty breeze providing solace from the heat. This summer, bringing our now-nine-month-old daughter to the beach feels so surreal.
