Today is National Suicide Prevention Day and suicide awareness week; something I hold very near and dear to my heart. To support this cause, today you were to wear yellow and sport the word 'love' on your wrist. When I first started having suicidal thoughts and fantasies, I didn't want to tell anyone. I was plain out ashamed. No one wants so admit they want to end their life. I think the hardest thing for me was being able to tell someone else and get help.
