White Cut-Out Shoulder Shirt - Club Monaco ( cute white cut-out shoulder , ruffly club monaco top ) Red Skirt - Vintage ( similar with no pocket , almost identical but midi length ) Dylan Box Clutch, House of Harlow ( similar , similar ) When cut-out shoulder tops started showing up everywhere and on everyone I was not a fan.
