This photo was taken a few weeks back, the first time I took a walk on the Brooklyn Bridge after quite some time. This bridge is what made me fall in love with NYC in the first place, and in a way confirmed my decision to move here. It breaks my heart to see my city come to a standstill like this, and for us to be unable to do all the NYC things that bring us so much joy. But it’s all for the better. I’m glad that I still can get a view of this bridge from my rooftop, and that will be good enough for now. Good luck with your self-quarantines everyone. Not going to lie, I am enjoying how relaxedly time passes at home...
