No cats today (sorry Alyssa!) as they went out after their breakfast and left me to get ready for work in peace. There is positive-ish news from the consultant; my MRI shows no sign of disc issues, there is plenty of jelly in between them and my back looks in good condition. The pain must be musculoskeletal so I just need to carry on with the physio and see what happens in the next month. So not really any further forward other than knowing there is nothing seriously wrong and it should ease off on its own eventually.... In other good health-related news, the lady from our running club who was injured in the New Zealand volcano eruption last December is back home and...
