How to Write Yourself a Love Letter: A Mindfulness Exercise
The other weekend, I went on a yoga retreat. In addition to yoga, we did a bunch of mindfulness practices. One of my favorite exercises from the weekend was writing love letters… to ourselves. It’s a great mindfulness exercise to do if you’re feel low or simply need a little self esteem boost. Self love and being kind to myself was one of my intentions for 2020. So I really took this exercise to heart. Learn how to write a love letter to yourself.

To get started, carve out ten minutes of your day. Find a comfortable position and grab a pen and paper. Set your timer for ten minutes and start writing...
