dressing up basics
confession time: i hate wearing jeans and a plain tee. i know they’re versatile basics, but i like to mix them up rather than pair them together.
but there are days that they’re necessary. like when your work day includes an activity that you don’t want the majority of your wardrobe exposed to (like setting up and helping with a 100 person tailgate-style meal) and it’s too blazing hot to add a scarf.
my solution? a quick twist of the hair, the addition of a cloth cuff bracelet, and Jesus sandals.
