How to wear vinyl leggings without looking weird.
Ok so bear with me here, vinyl pants. Remember those from the late 90’s ? The days of Clueless and grunge..like everyone was living the life straight out of an Eddie Bauer catelogue or shopping non stop from Delia’s, GAdzooks, and the RAVE(remember that store?!) and as much as flannel was everywhere, vinyl tried to make a comeback from the 60’s but kind of failed. Yeah I knew some girls in Jr High that tried the vinyl trend, but kind of failed at it.
