Celebrating Harvest with Cobram Estate Olive Oil
A couple weeks ago I got to tag along with my friends from Cobram Estate Olive Oil for a typical day of harvest in the olive groves (and lots of olive oil indulging to celebrate the season). The Italian olive oil lover in me is always up for a visit to their groves and any chance to eat really really fresh olive oil. For those who may not be as familiar with Cobram Estate, they’re the leading olive oil producer in Australia and began producing in the Sacramento area as well a few years ago so they’d be able to ship the absolute freshest olive oil (due to two harvest seasons) across both hemispheres.
