When you get new clothes, you’re always taught to wash before wearing. Even with thrifted clothes. So when I treated myself to a new and fancy t-shirt from Live Nation Merch, I did just that. It came, I threw it in with my delicates on cold and hung it up to dry. Then folding it I saw a massive hole in it – right on the seam. So clearly, faulty manufacturing.
I contacted the company, to get a replacement, or a partial refund to pay for the repair. They couldn’t care less. They told me because I washed it, they were no longer responsible for the shirt.
So learn the lesson – not everyone...
