Fall workout schedule
In the Fall I like to change things up a bit with my routine. Having a workout schedule really helps keep me on track. Here is my Fall workout schedule!
Jacket // leggings // sneakers // tank
2019 Fall workout schedule:
Monday : Lift weights at Vive gym or Peloton bike
Tuesday: Run 3-5 miles
Wednesday : Run 5-6 miles or lift weights at Vive gym
Thursday: Run 3-5 miles or Peloton bike
Friday : Rest day or Yoga class at WeYogis
Saturday : Long run 6-13 miles
Sunday: Rest day, short run, walk with a friend or Peloton bike
