my favorite blazer combo + school of dreams
Longtime readers might recognize this outfit as somewhat familiar.
Back when I worked in a more corporate (albeit casual) environment, I collected my fair share of blazers and usually a matching pant (bonus points if it came in a fun, poppy color or print). When I wasn’t reaching for both pieces for a matchy, matchy moment, 9 times out of 10 I was pairing said blazer with a midi dress of some sort.
Lately, with the resurgence of slip dresses (because hello 90s), I’ve been dipping my toe back in and love how versatile this blazer + dress combo feels for a day of meetings that could easily turn into happy hour cocktails or date...
