Hi, everyone! How are you all and how was the weekend? We got our girl back from Thailand, and she was a sight for sore eyes! We were so happy to have her here over the weekend before heading back to Austin. She LOVED Thailand and looks and feels so much better! It was so fun to hear all about the Ashram where she stayed, the yoga program, the people she met, the food, and how she is changing her life for the better (in a healthy way). She came back a vegan!
