FIVE WAYS TO REDUCE ANXIETY Anxiety hits every once in a while and last week was one of those weeks. I have dealt with moderate anxiety since high school. It can be quite debilitating and frustrating because you can’t do the things you want to. Last week was one of those debilitating weeks for me with anxiety.
