MY PLAN OF ACTION FOR AN ACNE BREAKOUT I am not a skincare specialist. This plan of action works for me, but it might not work for your. Please read my disclaimer at the end of this post. At the end of May/beginning of June my taste buds once again fell in love with soy yoghurt. I have avoided eating yoghurt for about five years now as I have read time and time again that dairy is a big no-no when you have acne prone skin.
