How I Made Over a Thrifted Romper With NO Sewing Skills!

When I showed you this too-small star printed romper in my April thrift haul video , I already had a vision of how to transform it. Because I’m not big on sewing projects, I decided a simple solution was to cut off the romper below the elastic waistline to create an out-of-this-world blouse.
While you might think this shirt is the star of the post, I actually want to tell you about the big event I wore it to!
