Even though NBC ruined the fun of experiencing Olympic LIVE in the true sense of the word, watching the taped-live games at London is still ever-so-exciting! I believe the Olympics somehow unite the world, make us believe in the greater good that lets us overcome the petty differences, the everyday quarrels - among the countries, communities, ideologies; make us believe that in this acrimonious world, there are still causes and common interests that bring us all together as one planet.
